Please order from this store if you want to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to eat, be threatened by the driver, eat burnt under cheesed over cooked pizza. Hung up on the phone, spoken over and treated without respect.
Dominos have really out done themselves.
Staff wouldnāt recognise good customer service if hit them wack in the face
FYI - please sack your delivery driver. Itās UNACCEPTABLE to drive off with the food I paid for by card - How dare I complain about the freshness of the pizza. Itās UNACCEPTABLE to threaten me and say āI WILL F* YOU UPā and swear while driving off with my food.
I finally get food redelivered - to get that in the picture. Unsure if uncheesed and or over cooked.
Doesnāt look like fresh cheesy pizza.
Iām done- Iām never ordering from Dominos again.
Itās shame, as the pizza can be good when done properly.
I really hope senior management read this and realise incompetence of staff is loosing them customers.

Trying to get in touch with the restaurant was an absolute nightmare. There are no phone numbers available on their website, and there is no live chat support either. When we eventually managed to get through to someone, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even hung up the phone on us when we tried to explain our missing items and cold food.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Reading. The slow delivery, missing items, cold food, and poor customer service were all unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs, as there are many other options in the area that offer better food...

About 2 weeks ago I ordered at 11:30 I had given up ringing the store to check its whereabouts I went to sleep. No one was answering and the tracker said it had been delivered. I got a call from the driver at 2am saying he was outside and there had been a problem he was unsure of. Common sense to ring your customer and let them know the problem first instead of having a wait of 2.5 hours, of course the food was wrong too.
