Farmhouse Pizza — Restaurant in Reading

I asked for plain chicken with BBQ sauce. The guys were on the phone having some funny conversations, at first they didn't even want to notice me I guess.. after I asked for chicken BBQ pizza, one of them said no we don't have.. I get out and the other one when he finished his funny conversation on the phone came out to ask me what I wanted, he said yes they do.. I shouldn't order it as for the strange behaviour, but I guess when we're very hungry and tired, we want to trust them. Unfortunately this guy is not to be trusted at all in any way!! I got some kind of marinated precooked chicken in tikka masala so much sauce it was just sliding from the dough, cheese partially mixed up with the sauce.. very oily and very painful to eat, bland tasteless, they also charged me extra for maybe olives as I couldn't have sweetcorn, but that's I find out when I looked on my bank statement.. however I was hungry, I was able to force myself to eat a some, but only to get something into my stomach and I was far to get back to give back, I have diarrhea and stomach pains so the rest going to bin.. couldn't get anything else from other place as I can't afford it.. £12 totally wasted!! Deffo needs to check your pizza...

I ordered a chicken hot pizza with additional (extra charge) topping. They messed it everything up!!

1. they delivered the wrong pizza( instead they gavr asian special)
2. there was no pineapple on the pizza which we paid for.
3. the forgot the garlic bread, wedges and drink which we paid for extra.

After calling them they said the driver forgot and will bring it to you. It took 20 mins to deliver the rest and a drink which he promised another driver will drop off. I complained to the owner and suggested you cant do a service like this, i didnt receive what i wanted. He rudely and arrogantly replied that hes busy and he can't do nothing about it. I said i wont ever order from you again to which he repsonded "i dont care"

Ordered 2 pizzas for a kids birthday party today and one of them came with mould on the bottom. I called and asked to speak to the manager to which he said he was and gave me a false name which didn't even spell out into a name "error jog" I explained one of the pizzas had mould on it and he began shouting at me telling me the pizza was fresh and it was old oil spots. To which I explained if it wasn't mould which it is he has admitted to using old oil. I asked for a refund and he refused. Around 10 kids had already eaten the pizza and I explained I have pictures. He was so rude shouting down the phone refusing a refund and shouting over my voice. Very disappointed and disgusted will never order from here again and hope I don't have 10 sick kids tommorow. DO NOT GIVE...
