I honestly don’t know what happened to this takeaway, but it used to be one of the best in town. Back in the day, I could place an order and have it at my door within 20 minutes, steaming hot, loaded with generous toppings, and exactly how I asked for it. I’d happily recommend them to anyone because the service was reliable, the food was consistently high quality, and you felt like they genuinely cared about the customers. It was quick, efficient, and great value for money, the kind of place you’d stick with for years.

Unfortunately, things have taken a huge turn for the worse. They’ve gone downhill in almost every way possible. Delivery times are now completely unreliable. I’ve waited almost 2 hours for food that should have taken 20 minutes at most, especially when I live less than a 10-minute drive away. And it’s not just the wait, the food isn’t the same anymore either. On one of those late orders, the pizza actually arrived undercooked, which is just unacceptable for any takeaway.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver had the nerve to question why I hadn’t used their “2 for” deal, as though my small order wasn’t worth their effort. That’s insulting, especially after keeping me waiting for nearly 2 hours and then bringing food that wasn’t properly cooked. I live alone, so I don’t need “2 for” deals, but that shouldn’t even matter. Every customer should be treated with the same level of service and respect, regardless of how much they spend.

There was even one occasion when they didn’t deliver my order at all. Nothing ever showed up, and I never received a refund. That’s not just bad service, that’s dishonest. Since then, every time I’ve given them another chance, hoping they’d improve, they’ve only let me down further. Warm food instead of hot, mistakes in the order, and an overall drop in quality that’s impossible to ignore.

Don’t be fooled by the prices, it’s cheap for a reason. Their portion sizes have shrunk massively. The “large” donor kebab I got looked like a small anywhere else (photo attached). You pay less because you’re getting less, not because it’s a good deal. It’s cutting corners and hoping no one notices.

Another big issue is how confusing they’ve made things with all the different apps and websites they use. They’re on Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Grub24, and also have their own site, all with different prices and sometimes even different menu options. It makes no sense, and it feels like a tactic to squeeze as much money out of customers as possible. Instead of making things convenient, it just leaves you frustrated and uncertain about what you’re really going to get.

It honestly makes me sad to write this because they used to be fantastic. They had my loyalty for a long time because of how fast, hot, and generous their food once was. But now, between the long waits, undercooked pizza, rude service, missing orders with no refunds, and confusing app setups, I can’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone anymore. They’ve completely lost the quality and customer care that made them great in the first place, and unless they turn things around drastically, I won’t be ordering...

Me and my friend were hungry and wanted a pizza, we saw pizza cottage on uber eats and thought it looked decent and cheap. We ordered what we thought was a great deal, which included 4 pizzas at a great price. We placed the order and waited. As we waited we looked at reviews on Google, cold food, poor quality and incredibly slow service. We soon found out this was a reality that would soon come true. Not that soon though we waited 2 hours for our food, when it arrived we walked to meet our driver who handed us two pizzas. This was not our order, he tried to contest and said there was nothing he could do. He then called his colleague at the restaurant, who laughed at us down the phone when we explained the situation. We soon went back home to see our stone cold, flavourless and bland pizzas waiting for us. I soon got a refund from uber, however this was only for the two that didn't arrive.

Shocking food, shocking service and an overall shocking experience. Do NOT eat at this...

Worst shawarma I have ever had globally.

Unclean salad counter. I bought a large chicken shawarma, but the chicken was dry, burnt, and flavorless. The quantity of chicken was very low, and it had mostly salad. The pickles tasted horrible. The worst shawarma I have ever had.

The restaurant should be cleaner, more professional, and provide a minimum quantity of chicken, at least in a large shawarma.

A Slice of Heaven: The Punjabi Special Pizza . We had the sheer delight of indulging in the 18 inch Punjabi Special Pizza. It's a spicy one than others. This pizza isn’t just food; it’s a culinary masterpiece. We also tried a side dish with Coke. . The environment is not so friendly, because they've limited capacity for sitting space. Maximum 10 people can sit altogether. If you want to dine in, you might face some hot air of the kitchen. But, they're very friendly with their services. Very friendly, very cooperative. . For all the pizza aficionados out there, the Punjabi Special Pizza is an unmissable treat. Trust me, this is one recommendation you’ll want to follow! Give a try. ✌️

If you’re looking for a quick way to lose weight, test your patience, and challenge your nerves — this is the place! I clearly said I didn’t want any sauce on my chicken, but apparently listening isn’t part of the service here. I also asked for salad — not sure where it went, maybe they’re still looking for it! And the best part? I waited a full hour to get food that was wrong and incomplete. A perfect experience if you’re on a diet that includes frustration and disappointment!
