Domino's Pizza - Reigate — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

We went in to order and take-away the pizzas initially at the Reigate branch. Sadly the staff confirmed they couldn’t receive payment by card at that time due to a fault (no sign on the window confirmed this), and the Reigate branch has stopped accepting cash awhile back which isn't helpful when card payments cannot be made and shows a lack of suitable business continuity! This left the only payment method via an app to download, and link to your bank account etc. The IT for this sadly didn’t work, and so couldn’t obtain the pizzas due to no available payment mechanism as described... We then went to the Redhill branch, after having been told the 2-4-1 deal was the best value choice on offer at Reigate. However, hindsight showed 2-4-1 large pizzas with 4 toppings was £24.75, yet there was also the any pizza £10.99 deal (seen after ordering and leaving etc so too late to have chosen). So 2 pizzas would have been £21.98 and so better value and cheaper than the 2-4-1 deal which was £24.75. So the staff had advised us to choose the more expensive deal saying it was in fact the cheapest - when it evidently wasn’t. This would seem to be a lack of awareness of their deals or deception depending on the view you wish to take, but either way it's at least very disappointing, annoying etc and offputting for visiting Domino’s, which is a shame since the actual pizzas were...

Ordered 2 pizza's for delivery and they were put for collection instead. Over an hour later still no pizza, called and told of mistake and that our pizza has been sitting waiting to be collected! Advised to check to see if it's cold when it arrives and that they will give us a voucher to say sorry for the mistake! Helpful! 2 starving children and another 15 mins later pizza arrives, cold and alot like cardboard no voucher! Call to advise not happy, told I can have 2 more pizza's made and sent but will be another 45 mins! 2 hours for hot pizza! Explained this is not an option as too late for the children, they need to go to bed. Then passed to the manager Denise, who has absolutely no customer service skills at all! Screamed at us, hung up when we suggested she was not helping. Called back and said we wanted a refund, and advised by Denise this is not an option, she is only willing to give us half because we excepted the cold pizza! The delivery guy pratically threw them through the door and legged it. I can not put into words how rude and unhelpful Denise is.Thank you so much for ruining our evening Domino's Reigate! Come back to Reigate Papa...

I usually get my pizza from Horley and it's fantastic there.. But going into Reigate Domino's was an extremely disappointing experience. Arrogant woman serving at the front talking to seemingly her mates on the phone for all to hear. Was not very polite, and went straight back on the phone call after taking my money without even thinking about giving me my change. They definately do NOT deserve any tip in the form of change. Forgot to give the rocket which apparently doesn't come on the pizza even though they put a sticker on saying do not forget the rocket. Quality of the texas bbq pizza was dreadful. An absurd amount of sauce it's falling off the pizza itself. Absolutely shocking experience. And have the nerve to stick a help wanted poster on my pizza box.. Rather insulting considering the 'staff' they have there. The most certainly do need help. I'll also add the woman was giving free drinks to her friends.. i'm sure that's not within...
