Luigi's — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

Visited this morning and got severed by another lady i've seen her before but she never served me lady in mid 50 light colour hair , I really fancied some good breakfast before i go work and it was my favorite cafe next to my work place as the staff normally is very friendly and the food is good , but this time got severed by different lady , I came in she straight away asked what I would like, I told her my order and she asked for a payment I paid by card and minute later she said that the payment didn't come out then I checked my banking app and it clearly showed that the payment left my account it Said Luigis Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria at 07:05 this morning , the time was 07:06 she was saying that we are not a pizzeria and this not us are you sure payment was today because this not us we are not pizzeria while pulling faces at me, I was very sure as my banking app clearly showed everything , the woman was very rude and had very arrogant attitude and should not be working at such lovely cafe If see her again i rather go...

Luigi's is a small sandwich shop owned by a small family who provide amazing food at affordable pricings.

Unfortunately they do not offer any delivery services such as deliveroo or ubereats, they have however discussed the opportunity of this and might be a possibility in the future.

The menu that Luigi's offer is quite broad, ranging from sandwiches to escalopes to full breakfasts. There are vegetarian and vegan options to meet the needs for everyone. The food is extremely delicious and there's never been a complaint from my office where we order regularly here.

The servers are extremely kind and compassionate and will tend to any need that you ask, such as gluten free, allergies or anything else that needs to be noted.

If I could I would give zero! I had a fry up & I sent the first meal back as the fried eggs were so over done. I received the second meal sausages were burnt, mushrooms barely cooked. Toast awful hardly toasted & dry couldn't taste any butter on it. That's not the worst of it I've had a terrible stomach ache after eating the fry up at 10am & it's been getting worse as the day has gone on 6pm now & im in pain, I hope it doesnt develop into full on food poisoning!
