I arrived early and when asked what I want I explained that I had only just got there and I’m making my mind up. I was ignored for the nest 6 customers. I asked for a hot beef sandwich from the menus only to be told it’s not available the weekend. My very words were that the menu was not helpful. The staff then became verbally hostile. To the point that I was accused of being Smokey. ???? I hope that they are pleased with the £40 ish that cowmans won’t receive...
