Courtyard - Rochdale — Restaurant in Rochdale

Placed an order for food on the app unfortunately the children's menu was not on the app so had to order separately at the bar. Then after waiting approximately 20 minutes a member of staff came out and informed us that one of the meals was not available. We were offered an alternative of pigs in blankets and mash. After waiting a further 20 to 25 minutes the adults meals came out, the meal that was offered as an alternative could not be classed as a meal it consisted of a small amount of mash and four cocktail sausage sized pigs in blankets. The gravy that accompanied this was essentially water. The meal was smaller than a children's meal and we paid full price for it. Additionally we managed to eat our food and then had to wait even longer for the children's meal who was very hungry at this point. The staff were asked about the food numerous times. .absolute rubbish dirty glasses cold food, glasses not collected, Scrotes coming in trying to flog their shoplifting goods, scrotes coming in begging for money, drunks causing fights, people talking to me or my friend who I do not know, people that says know what I mean man, know what I mean man (obviously on drugs or something else), Rochdale's Yates in my opinion is a den of drunks, thieves, drug users, ( which I have seen first hand people snorting cocaine in front of me on the table next to me where as a lot of people next to us objected but nothing done by your bar staff ) in my opinion I've been to a lot of Yates all over the country and this is the *"':;!? We went in as a family including my dad who is 87. It was quiet when we arrived but found the bar service slow. My sister had a glass of wine which was disgusting, albeit the bar staff did eventually sort it out then going to the toilets ...the stench going down the stairs of urine was choking...then the ladies toilets omg NO toilet seats,having to squat over a toilet is just not right. Will I go to this pub again...
