Caffè Grande Abaco — Restaurant in Rochdale

Matcha Green Tea latte from Abaco at Rochdale bus station, bought on 6 September 2025 at about 9:50am. It was the most horrid substance I ever paid for. I can only describe it as a sludge. The taste was absolutely disgusting and the khaki brown colour was off-putting. Shocked by the horrible taste and the look of it, I left it next to the bin, where it belongs. I didn’t have neither guts nor time to take it back, to throw it back into their face and make them drink it. Absolutely putrid! I went in this cafe at 14:08 to get something to eat. I paid for a sandwich, bacon with bagel. The lady didn't ask if I want it toasted., went ahead to toast it. I was going to get the tram across the street and didn't want to miss it. I asked her if she was toasting it and then she said yes and asked me if I didn't want it toasted. The lady toasting it took it out and the bacon fell of the bagel and she used her hands to just pick the bacon and put it on top of the bagel. I just walked out without my paid for item. I went here yesterday to get a coffee. I was stood in the que for 10 mins while the staff just kept serving people after me. Was not happy as this is very unprofessional and totally rude. Staff need training and must not assume I have already ordered without asking. This put me off and after waiting 15 mins I decided to go elsewere. Sort yourself out lads if you dont enjoy your job please dont take it out on customers....
