Ko Ko Lounge Ltd — Restaurant in Rochdale

Extremely poor service. I bought several drinks, at the end of the night asking for drinks and water. The water was warm almost hot at least 30 degree's, when I asked for ice or cold water the bartender refused. I bought a last set of drinks using contactless and asked for a receipt. I don't know if the bartender didn't hear me or chose to ignore me because she threw the receipt away.

I had a query about the cost of that order, and asked about it saying I requested a receipt but the bartender said " I didn't have to give you a receipt as you paid with contactless". I know this was incorrect, as a receipt is always due when asked no matter the payment method but the bartender insisted that I was wrong and she was right because I was intoxicated.

I think with the regeneration of Rochdale town centre and new pubs and restaurants opening, this club and it's owners have an opportunity to embrace the long awaited turnaround of Rochdales nightclub, pub and restaurant scene. At last after many years people are once again starting to enjoy a night out in Rochdale. This club is packed to the rafters after 2am but in recent times has got a bad reputation for drugs, fighting and theft. Wholeheartedly, the WORST place you could possibly go to. People are only in there late at night as it is the only remaining place open. The “club” is dirty and toilets are of a horrendous state, rip off prices, bent, trashy music and the vibe in there is horrific where the bouncers will not listen to your concerns and will just blame you for being “intoxicated”.
