Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rochford

I’m not one for reviews but this needed one as I promised the manager I’d do so. Strayed away from the regular dominos, in hindsight stick to what you know! Waited over 2 hours for a delivery, decided to ring and they explained they had a technical issue online and did not receive my order but money had come out of my account, asked me to order again else I would not receive any food. After much back and fourth on the phone I ended up going down to the shop to prove my purchase. The manager realised I had purchased through Justeat and rudely complained that I should have told him sooner, to which he magically found my order within seconds... so turns out they just missed my order. He then proceeded to try to blag his way out of the situation. When I asked for something for the trouble I’d had it was like squeezing blood from a stone... I eventually got an extra pizza after much negotiation, 3 and a half hours after my order was placed... All in all very rude and unhelpful and will definitely not be...

I literally only gave these Jokers one star because i can't leave a zero review. Totally unacceptable lack of service. Ordered for an office. waited over an hour. Rang them and got told the driver had waited at my "house" for 25 minutes. I explained that we were an office and the driver never even tried the door and requested redelivery. They stated they wouldn't redeliver. Went mad at them , gave up and put the phone down in the end, so we then ordered from somewhere else, only to find that the driver decided to come back with cold pizza's no one wanted anymore as we had ordered elsewhere....

Completey unacceptable. Ordered from here twice first time took over an hour and pizzas were undercooked.

Second time pizzas were 2 HOURS, undercooked and completely wrong. I asked for a works with no jackfruit pepperoni and added pineapple, I got a pizza with ONLY jackfruit pepperoni and pineapple???? That doesn't even make sense?!

I will NEVER order from this branch again I'm surprised that this branch is even allowed to operate at this level of appalling service. If I could give them 0...
