Absolutely useless.
All we asked was for some assistance on our order that they had messed up (and not the first time) and they were out right denied help and had a shoddy attitude toward this
A whole team and not one had a good attitude. Callum ‘the assistant manager’ was the rudest most sarcastic person I have ever encountered and does not understand how to correctly deal with or assist a customer complaint. He take things way too personally and raised his voice numerous times with his colleagues tutting and shaking their heads at us from behind him.

Read moreThe staff who served handling food is very unhygienic. The staff handled the touch screen and rushed me with my order as I was still thinking. I asked for a can of tango. She placed the order then walked away handling the food with bare hands without washing her hands. Thereafter said the can of drinks are for delivery only not in shop 😕 very upsetting and annoying. As a healthcare professional if I did that in the hospital caring for the person or family members then I would be on the front page....
