McDonald's — Restaurant in Rushmoor

Would not recommend and will not return to this mcdonalds. Staff member spilt oasis into both my children's happy meals and then continued to serve them. Then when we asked for them to be changed the staff member was rude and was reluctant to change them! Then we checked all our food and the milkshake was like froth. So we asked for that to be changed and the staff member began to swear and argue with us about it. They eventually changed it and deliberately put chocolate and strawberry together! By this point we was angry and asked to speak with a manager who didn't come to see us. So I had to wait at collect until he was ready to talk, who was uninterested about our complaint. We should have asked for our money back after being served oasis spilt happy meals! Health and safety breach! God knows what else happens in this restaurant that customers don't know about! The restaurant was filthy - chips thrown all over the entrance floor, every table upstairs was full of rubbish, bins were over full and toilets looked like they had never been cleaned! Luckily, we travelled to the area and this is not our closest branch! I feel sorry for the local customers...

Quite a nice conversion from when this building was a pub. Lots of iPads for the kids to play on (although a few were defunct) and there's a small dedicated children's play area toward the back. When I used one of the self-ordering kiosks and found the payment machine wasn't working, I was unable to get one of the table-clearing staff to assist in any way .. even if just to call someone else. By luck I found out that if you waited long enough, the screen offered you the chance to pay at the counter, which is what I ended up doing but your order number doesn't appear on the screen showing which ones are being processed so you have no idea if it's being handled or not or how long you might have to wait. Other than that, it was fairly well maintained throughout. This McD's also had a drive-thru service. Just as well since the on-site parking seemed...

We just ordered our meals through the McDonald's app & the food arrived pretty fast. Unfortunately, only half of what we ordered was delivered. We phoned the delivery driver to check in case he hadn't delivered everything, but he said he'd picked everything up for our order. We then called McDonald's, where we ordered it from, & and one of their employees were so unhelpful & basically said they couldn't do anything! We tried going through McDonald's stupid useless bot customer services, which proved to be impossible & complicated to use to complain about our order!! We tried to contact ubbereats & and again, another stupid bot service!! Won't be using this service ever again! So only half of what we ordered, no refund either! So out of pocket, half our order missing DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!! Leason learned not...
