Buffalo Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Salford

Most importantly the Kentucky Lad burger went down a treat but the service left A LOT to be desired...

Me and my date waited over 20 minutes to have our order taken and kept being told we'll be seen to. There was only one other table of customers in the place! When we finally ordered they only brought my burger (not my dates one) and fries because they hadn't heard our order correctly. Fortunately food was fast coming out the kitchen so I was still eating when hers arrived. The waiter was quite apologetic but it was a poor error...

Luckily the food was very nice. Crispy tasty fried chicken breast and a good helping of pulled chicken. The bun was fluffy and light but also held together well. The 'got no beef' loaded fries consisted of good quality handcut fries and decent portion of pastrami. However the pastrami was quite chewy and the mustard didn't quite mix well with the cheese sauce really.

I'd like to visit again and try a different burger from the impressive menu (a menu that had 'Buffalow' on the front 😂). I'll just make sure I'm the only customer there to be served and that they read my...

My partner and I have ordered from here on a few different occasions. The food itself has always been absolutely bang on, albeit late, every time. We personally, aren't that fussed about waiting a little longer. But tonight, the delivery driver ended up making a mistake, by delivering our order, plus another order. We noticed the error, and put the extra food by the front door so we could return it to the driver, should he notice. Within a few minutes, we heard a car pull up sounding its horn (and waking my baby up). My partner greeted him at the door again with the extra order, to be spoken to in an unprofessional manner by the driver. He didn't thank my partner for noticing his error, but instead said "Have you touched it or something, because I'll get into trouble!" When my partner advised that we hadn't actually opened the food, the driver walked back down our drive, whilst searching through the bag on his way back to the car.

I must say, being 25 minutes late, with an extra order, an unprofessional attitude and waking up my baby all in one delivery, I won't be in a rush to order...

My partner and I ordered from here this evening. We had passed the restaurant a few times and decided to try the food based on the reviews. We were thrilled to find that they would deliver to our home, considering we live in Leigh. We ordered through Just Eat and were given an estimated delivery time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. The food was actually delivered in around 40 minutes.

However, the Juicy Lucy left a lot to be desired. The cheese had melted out of the burger and was just sat in the tray and the burger was rare on the inside but somehow burnt on the outside and completely devoid of taste. My partner had the Cluck Norris and described it as "Tasting like it was bought from Iceland", not to say anything bad about Iceland, but it's not what you expect from a restaurant. We also ordered the cheesy swamp fries which were bland and a bit of a disappointment.

All in all, although the delivery was swift the food was sub pa and left a lot to be desired and certainly didn't justify...
