This is a very mixed review.. We went as a family of 6, no special dietary requirements and no special requests.. A good Menu, the starters where expensive for what you actually got.. The quality of food was very good, particularly the fillet steaks which were cooked and presented well.. The service from the table staff was adequate, nothing special though the guy who took the orders was more interested in chatting to his mates than coming to take our order.. There was no salmon ( this was at 4.30pm) and there was no desserts or ice cream only strawberry cheesecake. Our biggest gripe however was there was a 10% service charge added to our bill which equated to £27, I hadn't seen any notification on the menu and the order taker hadn't mentioned it.. now if we had been 6 mates we would have thrown in a fiver each anyway, but as a family of 6 with one paying the bill it's a big knock at the end... I wasnt bothered to question it or make a fuss but I will at order if a go again tell them not to automatically add it to the bill... Overall an average meal with some non food related disappointments...

After being asked several times what we would like to drink, followed quickly by food orders, it began to feel as though we were being rushed.
An hour and fifteen minutes into our dining experience, we were informedābelatedlyāthat on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, booked tables are limited to a two-hour slot. We were told this should have been mentioned upon arrival.
By that point, the repeated lack of attention and being passed over made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving our food unfinished, paid, and left exactly on the two-hour mark.
My first and lasting impression is that their focus is more on the money on the table than the people around it. Sadly, I donāt intend to return...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEden had staffing issues on the night of our visit. We had to ask to see the menu and waited just under an hour before we were eating the food weād ordered. It would be very easy to complain, but the whole team were clearly working their arses off and the food we ordered was as tasty as usual.
Hopefully they replace the blonde girl who sat us with no menu (/ pointed to a general area of the restaurant and said āyour table is readyā⦠we made our own own way) and did a runner from service not long after. The rest of the team made up for her shortcomings and the young brown haired waitress (didnāt get her name) in particular worked so hard to keep a smile on her face.
We had a lovely night overall and would return, which says a lot given the circumstances....
