Burger King — Restaurant in Sandwell

Visited this place on Saturday 23rd December 2023. Never have I seen a more dark dreary looking eating place. 2 days before Christmas,3,0clock in the afternoon and the place was empty...That should have been a red flag !!!!! 🚩🚩🚩 2 staff stood behind counter made no attempt whatsoever to even acknowledge they had customers. Went to self service screen to order and one of the burgers wouldn't register,so I asked the assistant if it was off the menu ...short "bored looking"reply ...no it's still on the menu ..then walked off ...still wouldn't work so ended up ordering a completely different burger . There were so many kitchen staff all standing around laughing and joking loudly with the staff behind the counter...other customers were also waiting by this time ...they just did not seem bothered !!!! Finally order was passed over (not even a thank you from the still very bored looking girl ) 3 different burgers on the order and they all looked liked they'd been thrown together by someone blind folded 🙄😡 Disgusting is an understatement..the burger lettuce and cheese were all hanging off the bun from different angles .....looked like they'd been thrown at the bun from a distance 😡🤢 Along with the (just about warm fries) all 3 meals were horrendous. If it was not for the fact that the food was brought to eat on the way home as we do not live local ... I would have brought the whole lot back ... instead all went into garbage !!!!!!! Never again !!!!!!! Burger King ....You really need to work on your staff training or at least make them look like there at a place of employment dealing with the public. And " kitchen staff" ... Wouldn't insult them by calling them cooks/chefs 😠 Work on there food presentation !!!!!!!!! Would never recommend this place Customer Service ❌ Food Prep ❌ Hygiene...

My recent visit to Burger King left much to be desired. The overall experience was disappointing, with several notable issues.

To begin with, the burger I ordered was seriously lacking in sauce, which made it taste dry and unappetizing. A good burger relies on the right amount of sauce to enhance its flavour, and this one fell short in that regard.

The service at this particular Burger King was surprisingly slow and disorganized. It took an unusually long time to receive our order, and it seemed like the staff were struggling to keep up with the demand. The wait was frustrating and tested our patience, and what made it worse was that some terminals were out of service. This added unnecessary delays and further compounded the issues with the service.

However, the most disappointing aspect of the visit was the state of the restrooms. They were absolutely disgusting and appeared to have been neglected in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Maintaining clean facilities is essential for a fast-food restaurant, and this was a glaring failure on their part.

On a slightly positive note, the fries were decent. Nevertheless, as we opted to eat in the car we can't comment on the cleanliness of the dining area.

In summary, my visit to this Burger King location left much to be desired. The lack of sauce on the burger, slow and disorganized service, the inconvenience of some terminals being out of service, and the deplorable condition of the restrooms all contributed to a disappointing dining experience. It's safe to say that we won't be returning to this particular Burger King...

Went to the drive thru about 6:45pm today. Was told straight away, there was no fizzy drinks. After I placed order, was asked if I wanted any extras, like onion rings or cheesy bites, I went for the onion rings. Paid and was told to edit around the front.. this is such a poor system, if they give you your order at the window, you can check if everything’s there and tell them straight away.. & they can rectify it there and then. Waited a good 20 minutes, it was 7:09 when someone came out. I said to the woman can you repeat my order, and instead she said, it’s whatever you ordered, she had a very straight Indian accent and walked off. Drove home, and found no onion rings. Which was on the receipt, which had I not been prompted to buy them, I wouldn’t have even thought of them, so basically I got conned into buying them, and didn’t even get them in the end. The woman who came out to give me my order was rude, and could have at least looked at the receipt to confirm my order. Really substandard compared to the service you get at kfc or MacDonald’s, they keep the queues short by making everyone wait for forever by the main building, then miss items in your order, on top of that you have to deal with rude staff who cannot be bothered, and have the cheek to say, it’s whatever you ordered. Well I ordered onion rings too, and they weren’t even there!! Will not be going to the Burger King again. Poor and slow process, poor customer service, substandard staff who are rude and cannot even get a small...
