I visited Greg’s today and was quite disappointed with the hygiene standards. I noticed that the staff were using the same utensils for both beef steaks and pork pizza slices. When I pointed this out to the staff member, she seemed unhappy about using a different utensil. We all know pork is unhealthy, so I didn’t want my steak contaminated. As a result, I had to wait 15 minutes for a fresh steak while they found clean utensils.

Additionally, although there were plenty of tables available, they were all dirty and hadn’t been wiped after the previous customers left. I ended up waiting outside until my order was ready because the place didn’t feel clean enough to sit in.

This is my favourite Greggs to go to all the staff are really friendly and really polite. Very good at banter over the years getting to know when I’m going in for my morning food. The food is your typical Greggs quality food, Every time I’ve used this location I’ve always been served by someone who gives me that 90’s primary school dinner lady feeling, not very friendly, all I came in for today was a Salted Caramel Latte which is shown on their “Special menu” for drinks, to be told “we don’t do a salted caramel latte, only vanilla and cinnamon”, to which I replied, “your menu (I pointed to it) says you do them”, to which I got “well that’s news to me”, all in all, I left with a Vanilla Latte and a sense of...
