I've given up on KFC. Much better boss man chicken shops locally, and wingstop beat them in every metric.
5he reason I've stopped using KFC is their service, both at the point of sale / collection, and if there has been a problem.
I got given a stone cold burger that didn't taste right at all, and spent the night and next morning chucking it up.
I contacted KFC, and after about 7 emails to and throw, they still hadn't apologised. They asked close on 20 unrelated, personal questions about my diet and consumption 3 days prior to the burger, lots of questions about my health and allergies....
Seemed like a big exercise in avoiding responsibility and dodging a refund (wouldn't even be a refund would be like a free burger ticket)
It seems is curtains for KFC. If they've got to the point that they receive so many complaints about poorly prepared food, they can't afford to have a no quibble stance, and antagonise their customers who only bother to report back as they feel KFC would like to know about poor food and service.
They don't want you to contact them about poor food or service, which is reflected in their complaints process.
I swore I wouldn't eat at ANY KFC again. If I get a health scare burger, I'm pretty sure it could have broken glass and needles in the thing and KFC would ask if we requested any, and to provide a lab analysis of any glass / needles found.
If I have no confidence an establishment will out things right if and when things go wrong, I won't eat there.
Look after yourselves out there. Don't eat at any establishment that won't put right things that they get wrong.
It's a numbers game... im confident as each customer has a problem and it doesn't get sorted, that's a customer lost. 5 years and KFC will have lost 50% of its market share and it will never...
Read moreToday evening 13/08/21, I was physically attacked by KFC staff at KFC in Junction 9, M6. I ordered and collected food through drive thru. When my wife opened the food packet as I was passing through the drive way She realised 3 drinks and some other food was missing. I parked the car and went inside the store and said that some food was missing. One staff was questioning about it the way as if I was making this up or lying. I said if you have doubt take money again and give me the food . Then one lady came and pointing at me raising her finger. she was very aggressive. I said if you have doubt take money and give me the food. Then she said front desk is closed now & we can not give. Then I said my children are hungry & it is your fault that you did not give me the food I ordered. You should be sorry about it rather than questioning me. They started laughing at me. Immediately, another customer came through drive away with similar complaints of missing items. She got her things, without any hassle. The difference was she was white/ british. I took my phone and I was doing video of it as I thought I needed evidence the way I was treated . Then one female KFC staff came to me and what she did to me you can see in this video. I called 999 but they did not come . Police asked me to go home & they would contact me. They haven’t called me yet. I am shocked & traumatised by the incident. Read moreThis is tbh the worst kfc in west Midlands. The food is most of the time raw and tasteless. I finish work late and supposedly they close the restaurant at 10:30 and can use driver thru till 11 but the doors are locked at 10:10 99% of time I have visited which doesn't make sense as its against the rules, and even if you take the drive thru to order after 10 they have nothing. What I have reached the conclusion are the stop preparing any food after 10 and they have nothing for you to buy when you get there. Staff needs to be trained atleast. All they say is sorry we haven't got this atm on literally everything. Even on regular day I have to go back 90% of the time as always somethings missed from my order. I would advise everyone who do the takeaway to check their order before leaving the restaurant as I'm sure there would be something they have missed or wrong in it. The drinks are horrible 100% of the time. They keep selling them even tho it tastes like sparling...
