Mughal Massala Bangladeshi & Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Sandwell

What can I say. Placed an order online after which I was told my order would be delayed. Had I known what time it would be available (before payment) I'd have looked elsewhere. An hour after placing the order, I arrived to collect at the allotted time of 9:25pm. It wasn't ready, so I asked how long it would be. The reply? "Do you want your food or not? We've been busy all night".

The restaurant was literally empty at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. One or two tables occupied.

The food. The naan was chewy. It'd been sitting around a while. The "curry" was a sweet sugary slurry with some pieces of chicken thrown in. No texture. No flavour. No spices. No depth. Just sweetness. Very poor.

Ordered through deliveroo with Clear and Precise location to drop order off. Stood waiting outside in the rain for 15 minutes and called driver 3 times who said was just at wrong gate and on way now! Lied as I said a RAC trick is outside and she said she pulled off as it turned up but that wasn’t the case as I had been stood there for 10 minutes before the RAC turned up. With covid havnt been to this restaurant so order online for a takeaway. Food is delicious, I have tried so many Indian's on just eat and was allways disappointed. I used to live in brum and this compare's to the balti triangle. Food is hot, tasty and they even add extra spice if requested. They allways give me a free side which is lovely.
