Chopsticks — Restaurant in Dudley

Terrible service. Called to order the food, was told 40 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later I called to ask if there was update, was told "he's left and will be with you shortly". About 10 minutes later I had a call from the delivery driver asking me "where exactly did I live?", explained it and double checked he knew where to go. Before hanging up he asked me to go downstairs in 5 minutes to meet him. 20 minutes later, no sign of the driver, so I called the takeaway and explained. They said they'd sort it and call me back. I then went up to my flat to wait to be called back. Another 10 minutes passed and I called again, the "manager" then told me he'd be around 5 minutes, I explained that I'd been told 5 minutes about 25 minutes ago and that I'd been waiting around 1 hour 40 minutes for my food to come. I politely asked if there could be any money knocked off due to the time we'd had to wait and her response was "no we don't do that", quite shocked I replied "this isn't really on though, I've waited an hour longer than you told me", just for her to reply "no we don't do that" and abruptly hang up the phone. After another 10 minutes the driver had finally found the building, called me and said "come downstairs now", I asked him to bring it up because I'd just waited 20 minutes for him downstairs and he said "no I can't come upstairs" and also hung up the phone. I think someone needs to teach these people how to talk to customers, especially when they're being polite. To top it off the food was cold and soggy due to the condensation in the back. Absolutely diabolical... last week we ordered our meal, not a large order, just a special curry, fried rice, chips and curry sauce, order arrived, no rice, rang up to complain, they said they would send a rice immediately and 20% of next order... rice arrived after 35 minutes, but the rest of the food had gone cold... in the bin it went... Ordered another curry last night same order, curry with just peas and onions and I told them about the 20% off which they agreed, driver turned up, asking for full price, told him to stick the curry and shut the door, he rang the bell and said 20% off... got the curry into the kitchen to serve, blasted curry was full of sweet corn, courgettes and carrots... on the phone again, asked for a new meal, after being left on hold, they agreed, 50 minutes later the meal turned up, again waited that long, just didn't want it.... always used this place for our curry... gone right down the hill... Will not be using this...

I ordered the Peking spare ribs which were amazing,, I also ordered the Singapore chow mein (vile) the prawns hadn't had their poo track removed which is disgusting, if I'd been the kind of person who didn't look at their food properly I could have eaten the prawns and their waste anyway once I removed all the prawns 8 in total all with poo track in tact the chow mein in itself was a plate of fowlness it was horrid the noodles look like those you can buy from any shop thick and greasy there was hardly any meat and the vegetables were raw. I gave two stars only for the spare ribs I removed one for the miserable driver who was more interested in his text messages and I removed two stars for the fowl tasting chow mein, what a shame and to say I ordered of a...
