Not a good experience. Missing items, wrong items and very under cooked items.
I ordered a mild burger and got an extra extra hot burger. Mouth is still burning 3 hours later.
O/h ordered 1/4 chicken in lemon. He got mild but got a couple pieces of chicken with some horrid looking chicken wings. The chicken was raw and pink in the middle.
Friend ordered a mild wrap and got extra hot too.
Was missing a chips and onion rings were very undercooked, so called for replacements which we did get, but replacement onion rings were just as under cooked as first batch.
Chicken strippers were tiny and were over cooked.
I called to complain about my burger being extra extra hot and asked for either a refund or a replacement, but they wouldn't do either. Said they'd send a free one out with next order, but wont be ordering again so pointless. I'd ate the rest of my food before my burger, so they'd already sent someone out with replacement chips and onion rings, so therefore wouldn't send me a correct replacement burger, as they were low on drivers. Wouldn't part refund back onto card for it either over phone,although we paid for the order over the phone. By card. So burger had to go in bin.
Mouth was so on fire at this point I had to pass the phone on to someone else because my mouth was so on fire I couldn't talk. Friend was told I couldn't have a replacement because they were shut and had no drivers. This was about 10pm, although Google says they shut at midnight.
Bit of a waste of money.
Drinks order was correct, so that's something I guess.
Will see tonight if my o/h is ok after that raw chicken, as he is currently feeling 'a bit rough'.

Read morePlaced our order at 1850. Restaurant updated saying our order had been delivered at 1940, which it hadn't. When we called for an update he didn't apologise and just said there's a delay with our order. We were very understanding and just asked to keep us updated as if it was too late we would like to cancel. He said at this time that our food was already made. We called back 35 mins later as still not received. He spoke to my husband advising it was on its way, and if not received in 5 mins to call him back. We waited 10 more minutes and then called him. He said the driver was by our house, so we waited and it was eventually delivered 2 hours after making the order. We immediately called back as the food was cold, at no point had he still apologised and then he just fobbed us off to just eat and said go through them. We looked in the boxes and we had been sent the wrong order. He then finally apologised and when I thanked him for finally saying sorry, he was very rude and said OK does that make it better. He told me just to eat what I've been given, I never told him what was wrong, so its as if he already knew he was sending the wrong order. What if I wasn't able to eat the item he sent, thats why I specifically ordered what I did? We will be contacting the manager as we have never been spoken to so rudely.
