Natural Greek Restaurant — Restaurant in Sandwell

My wife and I love Greek food and as it was our 50th wedding anniversary, we decided to have a quiet meal together on the actual day. This was our first visit to the restaurant and we were greeted by a friendly member of staff and shown to our table. We could tell we were in for a really authentic dining experience as there were lots of Greek families there and we were not disappointed. I chose a Calamari starter and it was a delicious delightful dish. For main course my wife chose Mousaka which was being freshly cooked while I had my starter I chose the Kritharoto Giouvetsi both dishes were plentiful and delicious. Our waitress Rubini was very attentive and when she discovered it was our 50th anniversary, she brought our sweet dishes on a sharing plate which the chef had piped “Happy Anniversary” in chocolate sauce on the plate. The whole experience brought back happy memories of holidays in Corfu and Thassos. However. The only quibble I have is that the music was far too loud. Being deaf my hearing aids were overwhelmed by the music and other diners having to talk louder to be heard making conversation difficult for me. However, Rubini came to the rescue and had the volume lowered. We will definitely be eating here again....

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Natural Greek Restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We began our meal with the mussels and squid starters, both of which were incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The mussels were tender and flavorful, while the squid had a delightful texture and well seasoned that was simply delicious.

For our mains, we chose the chicken gyro and moussaka. The chicken gyro was a standout, with juicy, well-seasoned meat and fresh, crisp vegetables all wrapped in warm, fluffy pita bread. The moussaka was equally impressive, with layers of perfectly cooked eggplant, rich meat sauce, and a creamy béchamel topping that melted in the mouth.

The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that felt authentically Greek. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect.

We thought we would try this restaurant as it was close to home and we wanted to try something different . I booked the table on line and it asked why the booking . We are finishing off our birthdays mine was last my wife's was yesterday so I put it in the booking. We arrived early which wasn't an issue as it was quiet. Our server was flori. He was brilliant so attentive all through our meal. He asked us that we had put birthday celebration on the booking and asked about it. We told him it was both our birthdays in the last week. He disappeared for a while thinking he was just serving other customers. But he came out with a free dessert for both of us with happy birthday to you both written on the plate in chocolate. The rest of the food was excellent and can't praise the waiter enough. Its hard to get good service anymore but my god he went above and beyond.
