the list of complaints is unfortunately as follows:

food all arrived stone cold, which could be attributed to the delivery driver, fair enough, but not the rest of this one of the items was wrong the chips were pale and undercooked, seemingly still hard in the middle from being frozen, with a few crispy burnt ones throughout the mushrooms in the breakfast were entirely raw, they didn’t even look like there had been an ATTEMPT to cook them, they were completely dry, hard and cold so it did not look like they were fried at all

I give two stars because the milkshakes we ordered were very good, despite the sweets provided for adding being a bit stale, and the burger was well cooked and well presented, there wasn’t anything inherently wrong with the quality of the food, it was just totally not cooked properly which was a consistent issue between all of our food (this was an order for 4 people)

I am not the type of person to write Google reviews (you can check my account lol, I’m not a serial complainer) especially for negative experiences because I often write it off as a bad day which happens to everybody, but this was absolutely diabolical, and after finding out from friends their food had also arrived raw or undercooked in the past, so this isn’t an isolated incident, I felt the...

I love beans and berries. I've been visiting this location for a number of years, it used to be the Burgh and then commercial street coffee. However beans and berries has been my favourite reincarnation. The desert twist is an excellent idea and it seems to subsidise the cost of the coffee.

They try to accommodate Vegans and do a reasonable job. They have vegan ice cream, vegan milkshakes and vegan pancakes! There are however 2 areas I feel Vegans could be better catered to. 1 - more savoury dishes. The hummus and vegetable flatbread is great and I really appreciate having it but it would be nice if there were a few more options. 2 - one or 2 vegan cake options would be awesome! I love the pancakes but it wouldn't hurt to have an option for enjoying with a coffee, something a bit more coffee and cake. These are however very minor gripes. I love the place, the staff are always super friendly and clearly recall my face and know that I take my coffee black which is nice.

They have some board game around about for you to use, there are also booths that are brilliantly set up for a wee study session. I recommend enjoying some time here and I hope to encourage more Vegans to go so that the extra options I crave can become a more realistic option for the business.

Amazing freshly cooked food for an incredible price - you definitely get a lot on your plate. In the best way possible of course! First time I've been despite eyeing it up for a while and regret not going sooner.

I had the Banaberry Pancakes (banana, all the berries, strawberry ice cream, squirty cream and syrup) and easy amazed at the amount of pancakes and toppings you get in the stack! My friend had the Chocoberry Indulgence Crepes (nutella, strawberry, chocolate sauce, choc drops, squirty cream, ½ chocolate ½ strawberry ice cream). She really enjoyed it too.
