A True Lifesaver: Exceptional Service at the Four Point Hotel Dundee! Our recent stay at the Four Point Hotel Dundee was, quite simply, a dream come true, especially considering the nightmare scenario we faced just hours before. With less than 24 hours to go before a big event on Saturday night, another hotel completely let us down, leaving us scrambling for accommodation.

In a panic, we called the Four Point Hotel Dundee, and from the moment Nicola answered the phone, our worries began to melt away. She was an absolute angel, incredibly helpful and understanding as we explained our predicament. She swiftly and efficiently arranged a room for us for the night, turning what could have been a disaster into a glimmer of hope.

Knowing we needed to get ready for our event, we also inquired about an early check-in. Nicola, ever so accommodating, asked us to call back on Saturday morning, the day of our arrival. True to her word, when we called again, she was just as amazing and super helpful, confirming our early check-in was all set.

Upon our arrival, it was a delight to find Nicola herself at the front desk. She recognized us and, once again, made the check-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming. Her consistent professionalism and genuine desire to help truly stood out.

The hotel itself was fantastic, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff, and particularly Nicola. She single-handedly transformed a stressful and frustrating situation into a seamless and positive one.

I had the occasion to spend a few nights here recently. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Firstly the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. (Cat who was on reception when we first checked in deserves a special mention). The room was very clean and adequately spacious. TV, hair dryer,tea and coffee all supplied. The bathroom was small but had a good walk in shower with constant supply of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and afforded a good night’s rest. Our views out and over the city were good. The lounge bar is a very pleasant place to pass an hour or so with its funky decor and nice views out the large picture windows. Our rates were very favourable for such a nice stay. Would recommend if visiting Dundee. Very handy for the trains and buses. There is a Tesco outlet directly below the hotel which came in handy. I didn’t avail of a breakfast and as there is no restaurant on site I can’t comment on this aspect. All in all good value...

A great city centre hotel that sits above the railway station making it so easy to get to and stay in the city,the location is perfect for the V&A and the Discovery which are both a 5min walk away and the city centre is 5 mins in the opposite direction The room was very good , spacious , warm and with an extremely comfortable bed , all fittings are modern and it was very clean , kudos to the cleaning crews who did our room twice in the 4 days we stayed to a really high standard .The bar and restaurant were good as well with a view out over the busy area around the station, but my most fulsome praise is for the staff who handled a small technical issue with the booking with grace and professionalism and were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay especially Nikola on the reception , definitely somewhere we will stay again...
