I want start by saying how lovely the girl was but unfortunately I find it hard to believe that there has been any form of training or experience in body massage! It was literally oil being placed on parts of my body in a tickle like light manner with zero professional massage techniques whatsoever. I actually felt sorry for the girl who had been thrown in to an environment entirely unknown to her. I left bewildered by the whole experience tbh as this could NEVER be described as a full body massage by any stretch of the imagination. There was nothing but a few circles of three fingers on each hand barely touching the skin, I mean no pressure or even coverage of the full area! I am actually a beauty therapist / massage therapist of over 30 years and know for certain this girl cannot have had any formal training or experience. I had a salon and trained many girls for over 20 years. The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves putting girls into treatment at such a substandard level! It was just a total waste of time and the room was freezing so I couldn’t...

I had an amazing complete body hot and cold stone massage therapy at Serenity Spa with Lou. I have fibromyalgia and a few other bits and pieces and she was wonderful. Her hands were lovely and strong and felt like they knew what they were doing which was really good! She could identify all my wee niggles and help them out. It was a very, very relaxing experience and I was sorry when it finished. I will be going back! Had a 90 min Vitamin full body massage and body scrub from Lou ...90 mins just flew by i was so relaxed! Lou always seems ro find where i have any knots and treats them there and then. My skin was treated then wrapped to keep the oils in, my face had a " mask" put on with cold stones to reduce puffiness...i could have lay for anorher 90 mins and let Lou do it all again but i had someplace to go to!
