Burger King — Restaurant in Scotland

Need more staff especially to concentrate on customer area cleanliness levels were apalling if the customer area was that bad that I had to clear my own table to sit inside and eat I can only imagine how bad the back area and cooking area must be .... first time to a Burger King and due to that experience it may possibly be the last .... service was slow considering there were 3 staff on the front and not many customers stock and machinery needs sorting as the drinks me and my partner wanted were unavailable I'd usually expect this sort of service from my local KFC but Burger King seems to have beaten their record being at a all time low .... food was average seemed like it had been sat there for a while and with the time taken for service I'd have expected something fresher the best part of my whole meal was the bottle of juice I got .... extremely let down would have actually enjoyed my food if it was cooked fresher but will never know as I wont...

Absolute Disgrace. My 13 year old daughter went there with her friend and paid their orders seperately, she ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget medium meal with an orange juice. They were sitting in. The person that served my daughter charged her about £9.40, for a meal that should cost £7.29-£8. They were obviously pulling the wool over their eyes as they are kids. When I called to complain the staff member was really rude and refused to help me after i told her i don’t have the receipt. She interrupted me mid sentence and hung up. Entered the restaurant and scaned track and trace on the door got our food and sat down to have the manager (as he kept telling us, (his name was joe) come over to me and my heavily pregnant fiance and shout abusively and quite aggressively at us calling us liars we never scanned track and trace and demanded to see our phones i told him no and demanded us to leave, causing huge stress to my fiance. We are not happy about this and will NOT return to this store! Disgusting behaviour! Not to mention the manager joe did not practice social distancing.
