Taking my pensioner mother who was so ill she was hospitalised 3 times in a month and underwent serious surgery , i took her out for the day and went into the victorian market to get some food, we stopped at the Ambience cafe and ordered 2 breakfasts, The waitress was nice enough and polite, but we waited a while for our plate of food, which was half empty with just one sausage and the black pudding certainly was not Stornoway black pudding because my mother used to make them in her youth. when the plates arrived the food was cold. when we went to pay, we stated so and the man who cooks or owns it mumbled something about temprature, and walked off, disreguarding us and not taking our complain seriously.
