Good coffee, bad sandwich.
Came here for morning coffee and breakfast. The place was surprisingly busy for 7am. It's a rather small venue, with bar stools instead of tables. We managed to get 2 of the 4 seats facing out the window so at least we got a more interesting view than the wall.
Coffee was nice, good flavour, crema, all the rest of it. Roasted vegetable and chorizo toasted panini were quite disappointing. There weren't enough fillings and no dressing which overall left the sandwich dry and tasteless. At least it was warm.
Wife had the tea and croissant. Tea is tea, pretty hard to get that wrong... The croissant was freshly baked I think, or at least freshly warmed up. It came with a side order of jam, but overall nothing to write home about.
Staff were really nice and brought our orders to our seat...
