Been having a mare of a morning and thought a strong coffee would pick me up, I even splashed out and ordered the new caramel oat latte. Driving to the collection window I realised I left my bag at home! The result of working from home, Teaching, and caring for 2 children under 5 🤯

Good service from behind the counter. A comfy and bright Costa. However, my sister had travelled 45 miles from work and met me for coffee and online the opening times of this store 7-6, then to be informed by staff that the shop closes at 5 but the drive through continues till 6. This was not ideal at all and genuinely very frustrating. The track and trace app as well asked how long you were planning to stay. Just wanted to leave a message of thanks to all the Costa staff at this branch for being so lovely every morning when my daughter Millie and I grab a quick mocha at 7.45am. Stephen especially is an absolute gem 💎 He gives us a wonderful welcome; remembers our names and order and always gives us a huge smile come rain, hail or shine! He really brightens up our mornings!
