1st time iv been in and won't ever again. They ask you to scan the qr code for track n trace. Couldn't get it to work on my phone. There was a queue behind me. I was getting flustered. I couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me with masks and perspex screen. I asked if I could sit down to do it and show her as soon as I had did it. When I combined, the same jug of warm milk was used, not further heated, and presented. Staff busy cleaning and showing no interest in paying customers. Very disappointed.
