Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I was in tonight and got a coffee and what I thought was a cake and paid £6.05 and it was a small black Americano and what can only be described as one bite of white chocolate and raspberry blondie and was shocked and felt robbed of my money That is absolutely scandalous and I have decided to go to Costa coffee in future as better value and won’t be ripped off and have been a huge customer of Starbucks and spend around £150 a week in your stores but after that it’s the end I’m afraid as you can’t bite the hand that’s feeding you!! You will lose a huge amount of customers when you ask them to pay that ridiculous price and your staff are also embarrassed as they told me they totally agree with me and that is a shame as the staff are so good and will miss them! I would definitely advise you to reduce your prices it up your quantity of cake portions art s fair price but going by what you are doing it’s clear you only interested in profit!! Paula Is Our Favorite Worker

The past 4 or 5 times ive been to the drive through, each and every drink has been wrong. Twice I have been able to come back to have the drink replaced, but not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Today was yet another example. Ordered 2 venti caramel lattes with whipped cream and drizzle. Set off on our journey on the motorway. Neither of them are caramel, just plain lattes. Poor show when we paid for extra. We are getting quite scunnered with the service here lately. The only person that seems to get our drinks...
