Thought to try somewhere new for Sunday brunch. My boyfriend ordered an all day breakfast and I ordered a "stack" which consisted of sourdough bread,avocado,halloumi and a fried egg. I also ordered an iced caramel latte. Upon arrival of the food,I was a bit disappointed as I was expecting a hearty slice of sourdough with decent amount of avocado and halloumi. What I received was a measly slither of sourdough and not much of toppings to call this a stack(this was a whopping £12 odd). Side salad was nothing special. My boyfriend was deeply disappointed in his breakfast. The sausages were cheap quality,and still oinking. The toast wasn't buttered and potato scone was under cooked aswell. Mushrooms looked past best and tomatoes didn't seem fresh either. We quietly and discreetly voiced our concerns with a member of staff. We had to wait a while before the manager came and she had an attitude. She completely disagreed and only offered to reduce the bill by £2. My flabbers were gasted. My boyfriend refused to pay for his breakfast and settled the bill for our drinks and my meal. Terrible food,Terrible customer service,Very over priced with poor quality of food and the place could do with a clean and an attitude adjustment wouldn't go a miss. Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Was tempted in by the crowds lining the street on a sunny day but what a bad decision!

When inside, the place was a little grubby and unclean, gave benefit of doubt as only two members of staff on, was a hot busy day and that I was hungry.

Looked at the big board (which had some prices, not all) and ordered a bagel and juice to takeaway.

When it came to paying, I thought I just hadnt heard them say the right price over the noise.

Looked at my phone to discover I’d been charged £18 for a bagel and juice to takeaway. Politely asked if there had been a mistake and staff member advised bagels were £12. I asked how that could be if a baguette was £8 and felt them getting a bit annoyed.

Now, if the bagel had been homemade - maybe (shout out to Deanston Bakery round the corner which make the best bagels) justified. But this was essentially straight out of a New York Bagel Company bag with fillings which were long past their best.

Shocking price for a shockingly bad bagel....

I just visited the Deli Zola cafe & bar today. I am suprised that hygiene inspection hasn't pointed out issues with cleaning standard in the all areas, there is BIG room for improvement of cleaning standard. Dust was everywhere including tables where serving the food, everything looks very untidy, sticky and filthy. The toilet bowl was covered in old brown stains, all the toilet area was very dark and also unpleasant very strongly smells of urine. I just don't want thinking about how look there kitchen areas. The owner of this place should often check the areas and make the improvements in the future. I felt embarrassed to take there my family members. I am suprised that more visitors do not complain about this. Unfortunately I will not be back in the future and never will recommend this filthy...
