Excellent service and excellent atmosphere, place was buzzing and is really nice to sit in and absorb with your metaphorical naan like brain while enjoying some literal naan like bread. Cobras were delivered to the table pronto though the extensive beer / wine / spirits menu was tempting. The food was alright, mildly disappointed considering how great the service and decor is. It’s a small plates place so we ordered: Chicken pakora - alright, batter wasn’t crisp, sauce was decent but portion size was too small Potato, spinach and mushroom bhoona - could taste the fresh spinach but wasn’t packed with flavour Fish Karahi - three big chunks of smoked haddock in a simple but nice tomato-y sauce Lamb biryani - not a lot of lamb and rice felt quite dry even with the curry sauces Chilli paneer - almost like sweet and sour paneer, odd and was hoping more for a dry rub Garlic and coriander paratha - decent bread but not strong enough flavour of garlic Overall was a lovely service and an enjoyable evening. If they took slightly more risks with the flavours I would be back in a flash! Cheers anyway :)

Had a very good curry in here on a busy Friday night. Food was all brought out together, so not much room on the table but we really enjoyed our meals. Friendly staff were very efficient and the whole place had a good ambience.

Brilliant Tikka; no food colour for change from other places. Aloo tikki, samosa, veg pakora very tasty. Desi machli was a bit spicy, spinach mushroom chicken was delicious! Mango kulfi was good too. Quick service.

We went on for a family night out just 3 of us me my son and my wife. They put us near a loud group of people who was drinking fair enough. We asked if its possible to move and they said sorry it wasn't possible. It's was really annoying because my son kept getting hit by the chair of a man who was moving around and being loud so ( he was drunk ) so I got up and moved our table abit down and even then they was being loud and hitting our chairs. My son has autism so he wasn't liking it and he was feeling so hot there wasn't a window open or any air conditioning so he was suffering. We order 50 pounds worth of food. Which was 2 currys 2 starters 1 biryani and 1 rice 1 naan. The only thing that was nice was samosa chaat that is why I am giving the food 1 start. The portion of food is awful, the rice couldn't even fill up my 5 year old that was how little it was. There was only 3 piece of chicken in each of our curries. We really felt like we had been scammed, after we got out we order a take away from clay oven. And we never been back too the indian ever again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. This isn't real indian food, nothing special just rice and supermarket...

Food was good, but inexperienced staff, girl asked if we wanted sweet menu, & put the menus on the table before cleaning the table from main course, which had major remains from nan, the sweets were served 4 or 5 minutes apart, when finished we were not asked if we wanted tea or coffee (which we did) at least 7 or 8 staff members passed our table empty handed, with a can , bottle, dish from main course & 2 glasses sitting on it, no one came near, eventually we had to go to the till & ask for the bill. It was near closing time so I suppose they all wanted home. All that after my partners starter plate was taken away with salad on it which was not finished, if they were so quick afterwards , all would have been well,...
