The chicken, bacon and spring onion is, with no exaggeration, the best sandwich I've had for a long time.

A great cosy family run deli[cious]. They've got a wide range of wraps, toasted, non-toasted, baguettes, toasties, white bread, brown bread, soups, they even bake their own bread and cakes I imagine it's like willy wonkas factory back there.

I'd recommend everything apart from coronation chicken because I personally think curry in a sandwich is criminal which is why me and my girlfriend have arguments but each to their own.

Great sandwiches! Tastes like home. I got the tuna sandwich and it was so desgraça, tasty and big! The portions are of great size. The staff was kind and polite. They have a great selection of cold and hot sandwiches as well as wraps. All made fresh to order. The space is one of a kind! Hands down the best sandwich anywhere in perth super fresh and soft bread and the fillings are all generously put onto the sandwiches. My favourite is the minute steak which is super tender and the cheese and peppercorn sauce goes so well with it.
