Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

All of the Greggs staff I've met and spoken to are friendly, helpful and talkative except for one or two staff at this branch. There's one woman in particular who goes about looking harrassed and sounds disgruntled each time I've been in. It seems like she struggles with making anything other than a black or flat white coffee. I've asked her for a mocha and every time she gets it wrong which means it gets poured down the drain.

Looking at the bigger picture and the unit space is tiny which indicates, that the number of staff required to ensure the branch is operating properly, effectively and safely will be restricted and furthermore, the amount of customers queuing is increasing at the busiest times. The Ladies that work here are so nice, lovely to kids. My son doesn't speak very much English, but the lady in here is very patient and even takes her time to help him learn something new. If you are lucky you might see Garry Lineker (The Herring Gull) stealing a packet of walkers crisps. Well..
