Atmosphere: well decorated and modern looking vibe. Bathroom needed a,bit cleaning and air fresher. Service: Known what to recommend and very known on the menu options. Check if everything else needed and that everything okay several times which is greatly appreciated. Food: portions of the main desserts could've been a,bigger portion for the price offered. But as for quality of them could not be beaten. Very well made and just in right way not overly sweet nor too lightly. As for the milkshakes could've been sweeter tasted more milk then any other ingredients that included in the shake listening. Portion huge worth the price but nor for flavour. All un all if you fancy only a dessert or just tired of normal dessert options from other restaurants this is the place to go for sure.

I went to this dessert restaurant because it looked a little fancier than your average ice cream place and the number of vegan options on their website looked amazing. The table layout was a little weird. We were there on a Thursday so it was pretty quiet, with plenty of empty seats. The server sat us at a table where they had to squeeze past me a little to get to and from the counter, which was an interesting choice. The main reason why I don’t think I’ll be back, despite the food being fine, is because they refused to give us tap water. I asked for tap water and the poor server had to tell me that they didn’t serve it. I was so surprised by this response that I asked them why and they told me it was just company policy. So I begrudgingly ordered a still water for £2.50. My friend and I had both worked in hospitality and were under the impression that any restaurant serving alcohol was legally obliged to provide patrons with tap water free of charge. Seeing as my friend had just ordered a mojito, we were pretty confused. When the server came back, I asked them about this and they told me that all the mixed drinks were actually mocktails, that the restaurant didn’t serve alcohol and therefore did not need to provide tap water. It was obvious that they’d had this conversation with customers before as they had the response ready. I felt bad for them as it obviously wasn’t their decision but they no doubt get a lot of questions about it. It just put a dampener on the whole experience. Does the sale of bottled water really make the restaurant enough money to make up for annoying its customers and making them less likely to return? When you’re charging £9 for ice cream, can you not throw in some tap water on the house? It just seemed like a clear money grab to detriment of the planet and customer satisfaction. (I would also add that it wasn’t very clear from the menu that the cocktails were non-alcoholic, although that was our bad for not reading through the ingredients properly.)

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! First of all, I want to clarify that this was definitely not my first time at this dessert place. I’ve been here more than three times before and loved it, even though I always found it overpriced. Please take a look at my order, the “Ruby Chocolate & Raspberry Croffle,” which you can see in the pictures. Compare that with what I actually received—also shown in the pictures. The dessert was shockingly not fresh. The portion was much smaller than what I’ve had previously, and the croffle itself was sticky instead of crispy. (As a reference, I’ve ordered the same dessert in the past, so I know what it’s supposed to be like.) You can barely see the dessert in the plate—it honestly looked unappetizing and nothing like how it was advertised. I asked the waitress to change it, but she was quite grumpy and said she’d have to speak with the manager. Even after I explained that the dessert wasn’t fresh, she insisted it was. She said they couldn’t change the order, but she could adjust the bill if I ordered something else. (She eventually did balance the bill.) Still, this is not the level of service I expected. Second of all, the waitress simply brought the cutlery and placed it randomly on the table without any care or presentation. I would have expected the cutlery to be properly placed in front of us. I have a lot of respect for service staff, but this is just not professional service!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

First, I will shed light on the bright side. Everything inside the restaurant is perfect without any mistake, the decorations, the food, the service. Perfect atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and kind and they are very helpful, especially Natalia. The prices are high, when the service and food are great, I may accept the high prices. In general, everything is great. If I hadn't tried to order online, I would have put 5 stars for sure. But I am very sad to put 3 stars, and that is because, one time, I ordered online from heavenly desserts, and the order was lotus waffle. I got a plane bread with 2 or 3 drops of lotus, I also asked for Biscoff crumble, and when i received the order, there was no Biscoff crumble. Letterly, I paid £10 for plane bread without anything. It was the most expensive plane waffle bread I've ever bought. The service for online orders should be as perfect as dining in the restaurant. I highly recommend it, but just for dine in.

I wanted to share our experience from our visit on Friday, as we were quite disappointed with the service we received. We ordered a waffle, a milkshake, and a bottle of sparkling water. Unfortunately, the service was not up to the standard we’ve come to expect as regular customers. First, the waffle was brought to our table before the drinks, which made it difficult for us to enjoy it properly. We had to ask for our drinks to be brought over, and when they finally arrived, we noticed that the waffle had already gone quite cold. Additionally, the sparkling water was served without glasses, which we had to request separately. The biggest disappointment, however, was with the milkshake. It was only brought to the table after we had already finished the waffle. My boyfriend decided to cancel it out of frustration. We sincerely enjoy your desserts and have always appreciated the quality of your food, but this experience left us quite disappointed.

2023/02 Overall, I won't come back. Comparatively, the desserts were great. It is also much more expensive than other options. This was a great place with a great atmosphere. When the first waitress served us, she lacked experience in serving and communicating with customers. As long as we don't get toppings, she keeps pushing us. (with extra charges, which she did not mention) until we strongly refused. Her patience waned after that. Moreover, she cannot clearly express everything she wants to say. The patient and friendly manner in which Ellis handled the situation was excellent. In addition, he had much more experience talking to customers (I don't know what his name is, but it's on the bill. I think it's him. There is only one male in the restaurant.)
