First time visiting with my mum, and what a little gem of a place! The café is both wheelchair and dog friendly, which is an added bonus.

The food was absolutely amazing — freshly made, piping hot, generous portions, and very reasonably priced. It’s a great spot to meet up with friends and you’re guaranteed a fantastic meal.

The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely lovely to chat with. They also offer takeaway options, which will be perfect for my mum on days she doesn’t feel like cooking.

Today I had the most amazing chicken salad sandwich with potato & leek soup — the soup tasted just like the kind my granny used to make, a real hug in a mug.

An absolute must-visit when in Kilmarnock. I’ll definitely...

Absolutely disgusting, I'm in here on a regular basis and today I was talking with my friend on my phone and had on loud speaker as I have a hearing problem and I was told of for talking by a customer, but I could hear his conversation, I was asked to leave....THERE IS NO SIGN STATING YOUR NOT ALOUD TO TALK ON YOUR PHONE... I was not ALOUD to explain why I talk loud or had my phone on loud speaker as I have a hearing problem....SHAME ON THEM.. JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THEY ALSO TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS...Tracey told about an old woman having an accident in the toilet, SHAME ON YOU TRACEY...

Absolutely first class! I was recommended Italio by my boss instead of going to the usual pizza company. What can I say, I ordered pizzas, burger and fries for my kids and I and they were out of this world. A pizza that actually has flavour!!! Amazing food, clearly super fresh ingredients, a true taste of 🇮🇹 . The customer service is second to none with extremely pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble and went out their way to help. It was the first time I have ordered and it won't be the last. HIGHLY recommended! Only one thing left to say......Step aside "usual"...
