KFC Dundee - Murraygate — Restaurant in Scotland

Filthiest restaurant we've ever been to. The stairs stink of old beer and look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Perhaps even years. Good luck to you finding a clean table in here!

The toilets were disgusting, I won't even try to describe the things I saw in there. I've seen things I can never unsee. What I will say is that there was no loo roll in sight, which might explain some of the mess.

The upstairs tables and floor were very dirty the last time we visited but we thought it might have been a one - off. Nope!

Terrible customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but when staff forget items from orders, it'd be an idea to apologise, however briefly, if the customer has to chase up missing items. And if you've ran out of receipts, napkins and straws, it's good practice to let customers know so they're not repeatedly having to go back and forth to look for the things that you should have, but don't.

We have decided not to visit this KFC again based on the lack of hygiene and poor service. Shame as the food is tasty. We'll be going to Camperdown...

Waited 15 mins too get served,their was only 1 person in front off me,and once they sorted the order,a delivery driver came in to pick up food,it took 2 people to sort 1 order out,while I was waiting to get served,they could have too my order,while 2 people were sorting 1 order.i tried to speak repeatedly to the server,and I got totally ignored, it was nt until I said could nt wait and started to walk out the door,the women apologised, iff i had waited any longer I would have missed my bus home,k.f.c is ment to be fast food,,service,I could have went in the kitchen and cooked the meal,myself quicker,I won't be going back and I will tell all,my friends and relatives too avoid,going in to that k.fc in Murray...

I love KFC, but this place is disappointing and does not represent it well. I arrived at a relatively slow time and should have noticed the trouble signs. The floor and tables were dirty/greasy with abandoned cups and bits of food littered about. I ordered a 4-piece meal. What I received was a half sleeve of soggy chips, a Pepsi in a clear cup (they were out of regular cups and lids) and a sack of wings and legs. When I went to the register to express my dislike, the manager(?) shut me down and ended the conversation with a good night. What’s going on here? This cannot be how KFC wants to represent itself. This will be my last eating experience at this...
