Ordered a tea, a hot chocolate, a banana and chocolate waffle and a chocolate waffle. The hot choc was served about 10 mins after the tea. We waited 30 mins for the waffles and noticed that another table who arrived after had a waffle served before us. We spoke with the waitress who apologised. The manager/owner??? got involved and tried to explain that they were served first because they had cake but that was a simple lie. When our waffles came it was clear that it was not worth the wait. My wife had genuinely 4 slices of banana on hers. My chocolate waffle came with more bananas (unwanted but turned out great for my wife) but was also covered with caramel or syrup on top of the chocolate. I hate that so had to return it. The owner/manager? blamed me for not having mentioned that i don’t like that. It did not seem necessary since it was not on my order. At least they had the common sense not to give us the bill when I asked for it. Felt sorry for the young waitress but the person in charge was rude and unable to take criticism. Will...

A handy but unobtrusive cafe on Baker Street, which also caters for vegetarians and vegans.

On the up side, we had delicious vegan lentil soup, a nice avocado toastie and a tasty cheese and ham crepe, both with a freshly prepared side salad. Very nice food, well worth sampling.

On the down side, it was a cold day and the cafe was cold too. A bit of a turn-off. Also, only one person serving, cooking and everything, so with other people dropping in to buy bakeries etc it took a long time to be served. Too long really.

On the other hand, there was a steady turnover of diners and takeaway customers which made the place seem popular with those who know it better. We'll probably wait for warmer weather before trying it again, but I've no doubt the food...

A lovely welcoming atmosphere, a comfortable Mediterranean feel.

The food options had a nice mix of sweet and savory- my partner felt spoilt for choice. Can not wait to go back

Prices were definitely reasonable and comparable between sweets and savory.

Ordering a savory crepe myself (which fillings are customisable), I randomly feel the need to draw attention to the side salad (which are things that can be overlooked). Whilst my crepe was the star of the dish, I throughly enjoyed the flavors of its accompanying salad đŸ„—

Looking forward to going back.

Eye catching color facing the street that matches the name perfectly. I had the balaclava, lemon cake, spinach and feta pastry, and a chocolate crepe. All of them were fantastic and went great with the chai latte! What was even better than the food was the service and atmosphere. The style inside was well decorated with lots of warm colors creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive and went so far as to run outside with me when I couldn't remember the name of the pastry on display in their window. I recommend this stop on your trek from the castle!

Mint was a delightful surprise to me and I can't review it highly enough. I expected your average tea and coffee cafĂ©, but what I got was much more than that! The owner of this cafĂ© is lovely and welcoming. When I asked for a hummus plate, I was floored when I saw him whip up his own batch of fresh and tasty hummus right there on the spot! Turns out he makes everything with his own hands, including not only the delicious daily cakes. Bonus: he provided gluten free waffles! What a charming place! I'll be back, mark my words !! đŸ€€
