Muffin Break — Restaurant in Scotland

2nd visit 27th Jan Came in for the second time and disappointed. My cappuccino, that I got last time, was perfect. Made by a young man. This time, different staff, was made milky with hardly any froth. I don't like lattes. Maybe I should have asked for a dry cappuccino, its not normally this milky in other coffee shops so i didn't feel i needed to. There was an error with our order: We asked for peppermint tea, received peppermint tea bag and a cup plus a pot of hot water. However the pot had a regular tea bag in it, so when we poured it into the cup, it was regular tea, plus peppermint tea mixed in one cup. Quickly this was rectified. Disappointed that the attention to detail was not the same as last time. Not consistent at all. See post regarding my first visit which I rated full stars;

Useless coffee shop the staff are slow went in here yesterday the lights were all on the entry was opened no sign of it being closed there was also a little boy wanted to go he lined up after the staff was finish yapping to each other told us OH WE ARE CLOSED sorry, then why is the shutter or door not closed why is there access why is the question we can get in and not get served anyway shopped around when going back towards other mall which was round about 6pm saw something that really ticked me off one of the staff was stuffing her face with pastry I wanted to laugh but was so annoyed what I saw and still no sign of it looking closed lights were still on etc so this place needs to sort its closing policy asap and staff training and if your closed show it then not display your own cravings such a...

Unfortunately my experience with my family was atrocious We had been served by a member of staff with an attitude she was rude when we were making our order and looked annoyed when we were just trying to make our order, when asked to have something simple as another jam she looked annoyed when we asked This made me feel unwelcome and made our experience lower The drinks weren’t made right we asked my iced Carmel latte but had no syrup and a rush job while even though they weren’t rushed off there feet and only 3 other tables so maybe consider that we would like to enjoy what we pay for and spread good...
