Doubt this location represents the general standard, if so I can't see how they stay open. Tried it with my girlfriend after hearing about the chain numerous times. We shared the roasted pepper and feta starter and the ½chicken with chips and garlic bread. After discovering that it was indeed our plate that was waiting at the counter for quite some time while three waiters was just chatting in the bar, it made sense why the garlic bread was hard to chew and the chicken too dry though marinated in a lot of sauce.
