We are a fan of Pepe’s since we used to stay in Edinburgh. But we tried Pepes in the Inverness twice now and we feel the products are a bit dry as compared to Edinburgh’s. We usually order Chicken and Rice - Lemon and Herb and Extra Hot Flavour (Yesss you can ask for mixed flavours, I discovered that just last month when we went out to eat with our friends) The rice is fine at the top with flavours but after a point it gets very dry (this doesn’t happen when we eat in Edinburgh) We also order Quesadilla Meal which includes Hot Quesadilla, Peri Peri Salted Fries with Peri Peri Mayo and a drink. The Quesadilla also felt a little less cheesy and saucy than what we usually have. Overall the service is very good. But I think the quality/preparation slightly differed in different branches. I’d say you get a pretty fulfilling meal, a little bit of extra sauce would definitely make it worth the money and would like to be back. Pepes also sell their sauces which I’d like to buy someday. Get your hands on their peri peri salt and your fries will always be delicious.

Read moreI came in this fine establishment and was met by Bethany and her friend ( kinda forgot her name cos she said it quickly) ( She both had blue eyes if that helps Mr CEO, The customer service is incredible, I haven't had such a good conversation with another human being in 5 years, as soon as I had taken the food, I had sobbed in my car with my friend for a solid 20 minutes because of the sensational customer satisfaction,I wholeheartedly think the current CEO of pepes should resign and be replaced with Bethany and her friend effective immediately along with a new hourly pay of £60 an hour starting and they should be salaried at the same time too, I also think we should replace every logo and put them on the image branding instead cos the current branding is kinda dead ngl, Great smiles and super friendly employees, 10 outta 10 would go pepes again .................and the foods not...
Read moreEaten in and taken out multiple times, not been disappointed yet. Seating area is clean only downside is the main door could do with a heater above the door as even on a Warm day when customers enter and exit it can get cold. Toilets are clean. Highchair available when requested. Have eaten with the whole family ages from 2 up. Good selection on the menu, have not been disappointed with anything so far meals are full of flavour, chips personally beat everywhere else in ness. Prices are at the lower end of average so good for value. Great for sitting in or taking away. Live 16+ miles away, food when taken home is still hot and fresh. Staff are friendly. All in all probably the best take away in my personal option in Inverness at present. Could do with a resteraunt closer to the city centre, I think it would do very well. Always a steady flow of customers at the times I...
