Shamela's Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

Normally we order a breakfast from here with no issues other than they never have black pudding. Today we ordered lunch items and we got re fried chips and chicken nuggets with a hair in them. Really disappointed and all though we like the breakfasts We wont be returning due to this

Why re fry old chips and nuggets look at them knkwing they are over cooked and dry and send them out and nit inmy that with a long black hair in them. It literally made my partner really upset

I have used Shamilas since it opened and never had any issues, staff always happy and polite. Today girl on counter has no manners in her vocabulary! Bacon well done means well cooked.
