I regularly frequent Starbucks Eastgate in the mornings before work, and always find the staff to be friendly, embarrassingly attractive, and the coffee to be steadfastly excellent, however this morning I was moved (on some kind of inner cosmic level) to leave a review as this now-taken-for-granted-highest-level service has somehow been elevated by a particular member of the Eastgate team. Wasnt too busy at all they were nice enough but they were being really slow with there movements and getting orders. We also almost burnt our hands as we did not get a cup sleeve but earlier when someone ordered a cold drink they had received one. I get that they were probaboy tired and had a long day but so did we, atleast try and be time effjcient and lusten to what we are saying and use teamwork. The store also stinks of nail acrylic as they are right next to a nail dalon so maybe get a wall to put up to...
