Usually get coffee to go from here but decided to sit in with my one month baby and used the changing facilities which were in a disabled toilet. They were absolutely horrendous! Filthy and the handle and lock on the door was broken. Not only a health and safety issue but obviously a privacy issue for people needing the accessible bathroom. The other two toilets weren't much better either. Decided to leave and use the main shopping centre facilities instead.

Small cafe inside Inverness Eastgate centre. High prices. I have got medium coffee latte and cinnamon swirl bun. Both taste just medium, nothing special. I expected more from Starbucks empire. As you can see on the photo, the coffee is not poured neatly with a bunch of splashes on the cup. Medium sandwich in fridge with taste 5 cheese cost 4.45£. This price for what? It is gold cheese?

Really poor customer service. 3 staff on duty at a slow time 2:20pm with maybe 7 customers. 20-25 minute wait because my sandwich was lost behind counter. No one called my name to pick up order. FOOD-tiny little flat pieces of processed chicken with loads of sauces. Unacceptable!! TINY little cup of peach tea.. too sweet. Try offering sugar free teas Overpriced!

I regularly frequent Starbucks Eastgate in the mornings before work, and always find the staff to be friendly, embarrassingly attractive, and the coffee to be steadfastly excellent, however this morning I was moved (on some kind of inner cosmic level) to leave a review as this now-taken-for-granted-highest-level service has somehow been elevated by a particular member of the Eastgate team. Not only was my morning coffee sublimely made, but Charlotte then proceeded to engage in small talk-type conversation deftly balancing respect for the individual I am with the practicalities of serving many demanding individuals in a line.. small talk that not only made me laugh (I mean, not lol but pretty close), which is something in itself for a miserable old guy, but also small talk that I fear may satiate my soul throughout the day, most definitely making me feel valued as customer and, I confess, as a person. A highly recommended stop for your coffee-based needs in general, but Charlotte is super-awesome...and deserves some kind of prize.. or, like, a good star on her badge... but a prize would be...

Popped into Starbucks Eastgate for a bite to eat and cup of tea having just arrived in Inverness after driving for 5 hours. The place was quiet, no one in front of me in queue and I stood and stood and stood!

Bearing in mind there were 3 people “serving”behind counter I began to think I was invincible. No greeting, no smiles from staff until I eventually asked, if I was standing in wrong place! No, said one doing something with lots of stickers (no name badges)…..we’ll be with you shortly! No apologies for my wait, no interaction with customer. The girl without apron and flicking her pony tail around near the food appeared to be attempting to prepare for closing shop!

Sure enough after I sat down at 4pm, the other guy went round tables asking anyone would they like free cakes as they were closing!

It is now 4.15 with no cakes left on display, yet customers still arriving….oh and they’re mopping the floor!

Maybe this is how Starbucks operate, but certainly not conducive to a welcoming, relaxing...

Me and my mate went in before catching our bus we had told them we were in a rush to catch it, took them abt 15mins to acctually make our drinks, not only that they have gotten our order wrong i had ordered a white hotchoclate as im not a huge fan of regular but instead of the white hot choclate i had reciaved a regular one and i didnt even have time to correct them as i had 2 munuets to make my bus, mind the fact there were 4 peopke working!! Wasnt too busy at all they were nice enough but they were being really slow with there movements and getting orders. We also almost burnt our hands as we did not get a cup sleeve but earlier when someone ordered a cold drink they had received one. I get that they were probaboy tired and had a long day but so did we, atleast try and be time effjcient and lusten to what we are saying and use teamwork. The store also stinks of nail acrylic as they are right next to a nail dalon so maybe get a wall to put up to...
