Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

The staff member who served me clearly wanted to be enjoying her Saturday rather than working. I asked for the price of the Meatballs and she said "don't know" then reluctantly looked at the new menu, which is now so complex and then told me. I was then overcharged £21 for myself and my young daughter. The server then forgot to give us our drinks and then disappeared outback for a cigarette or something. I waited 5 mins to get my drink, only because another customer walked in and the door opening chimed. The table we sat at was also positioned next to the toilet. An awful experience and I'll never return to...

I manage a support service in Linlithgow called #JunX10n and we regularly use Subway with some of our service users. Just wanted to say that the staff in Subway are brilliant with our young people. They are sensitive to their needs and are always respectful, patient and inclusive. You probably don't realise the hugely beneficial imapct you have on people by just simply being decent! Let down by its very limited parking. Have made the trip to linlithgow a few times to get a subway (very few near here) to end up leaving empty handed as I couldn't get parked less thab a half mile walk away.

When I have got parked the service is good and toilet is available. There's always seats available so is one of the better stores in the area. Another issue is that it's on the border of Falkirk and west Lothian so any vouchers received through the door in Falkirk usually aren't valid in...
