Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

Food was fab, the hot drinks were lovely and the prices are very good, a lovely inexpensive, but filling breakfast/meal.

The only downside was that Ania was left completely on her own, which meant the wait was longer than usual, however through no fault of her own; as a prior restaurant manager, it would be more ideal if you brought help from other departments, or if, say the department head came to lend a hand!

Otherwise, Ania was fantastic and handled a moderately busy breakfast service with a smile and excellent professionalism; it would be nice to see your staff treated...

Having frequented Tesco Delicatessens my entire puff, i was D E L I G H T E D at the quality of this Dingwall branch. The pain au chocolat was expertly seasoned, the dusty icing put me in mind of the frosty north ahead. My server’s triangular goatee was immaculate, I couldn’t stop staring. Food was lovely , cannot fault it, the price was exceptional for what we got, the staff were super friendly considering they were under lots of pressure, the only down side was the waiting time to be served (there was only one girl making coffees, getting the sugar, milk, number for tables, trays and then taking the money, so be prepared to wait! I’m giving it 5 stars for girls effort to keep it together...
