Don't be fooled by the signage outside, this cafe is located inside the 3 Wise Monkeys Climbing Centre (aka old church!) 😉 Whole the potential is there for magnificent views across Fort William and the loch, the actual church building has been maintained as such and there is only a wonderful viewing of the indoor climbing walls. Which will be great when the climbers are in action! (Sadly not when I visited). The important thing, the coffee, was excellent 👌 despite the meagre selection of snacks. But the climbing walls look great! Will be recommending it as a good reason for them to visit Fort William... along with, you know, the amazing place Fort William and its surrounding countryside is!

Popped in for a coffee whilst waiting for a train. Lovely space to sit upstairs (variety of tables/ chairs/ sofas) with windows looking down into climbing area. Would have tried the bouldering but too exhausted after a weekend camping! Good coffee and friendly service, recommend popping in!

We came here because of the good reviews about the coffee, especially the espresso. I got something that you can't even call an espresso. Not the worst in Scotland so far but almost. The flat white and cappuccino weren't as bad as the espresso but we all didn't manage to finish them.

Both my kids have never been climbing/bouldering before. An impromptu session with Siobhan. Kids extremely enjoyed it. Call it first timers excitement OR fun cause of the staff being really friendly and helpful. Boys couldn't seem to get enough of it.

Would definitely recommend this place. (Didn't prebook but we were super lucky with the place not being too busy). The seating area is amazing too. Church converted into a climbing centre, however reusing some of the furniture.

Covid safe rules....

So happy to have found this place on a sunny Monday. I had my sights on another shop on the high street, but it was closed. This was even better - the coffee was great (I'm very particular); the venue is in an old church, which is beautiful. Plenty of seating indoors. Plus, on a whim, I'm about to spend an hour or so bouldering - there are worst ways to spend time waiting for the Caledonian Sleeper.

Thank...
