The pub had five people in it and I figured it would be nicequiet to sit in and get some work done.

Unfortunately they didn’t take card but I assumed I could quietly sit in a corner and work on my laptop.

Nope - they asked me to leave after ten minutes.

So much for a friendly atmosphere. Obviously if it was busier I would have not taken up space but, as I said, five people around the bar. Every...
