I get food from here sometimes during the nights when my family have had a really busy day and haven't gotten home until quite late due to work, and the pizza and sides are always absolutely amazing. Can never fault a domino's pizza, especially with a barbecue base and a lot of veggies. However, on multiple occasions they've forgotten to deliver a side from my order, or delivered the wrong thing, which is so annoying especially considering I paid extra for it. This has happened every. single. time. I have ordered. One incident was the forgetting to deliver a side as a whole. They're not cheap, so forgetting to deliver something off my order is a pain. It was the larger chicken side. No big deal, however. The next time they gave me the wrong drink, which isn't massively overwhelming but I don't drink full sugar cola because I genuinely don't like the taste, so when they delivered the full sugar cola instead of the coke zero I ordered, it was really frustrating. The third time was putting the wrong dip in. I paid for the larger bbq dip, the one that comes in the big tub, and they put in Garlic & herb. The only dip my family and I like is the barbecue one, as we are really picky eaters. I'm only complaining about it because I paid extra for the stuff I got, so for it to be wrong when I've paid for it is just a little frustrating. Domino's is by no means the cheapest place. Apart from the fact that every single time I have ordered something has been wrong, the pizza has always been absolutely lovely. I always get a large pizza to share between four people, the bacon and cheese chips to share between us as well, and a drink. The deals that are offered are really, really good, but more attentiveness could be...
Read moreHands down the worst dominos experience I've ever had. You're forced to order from dominos because it's the only restaurant left that actually used to uphold it's standards, after 5 orders I'm pleased to say I'll never order from this cesspit of a restaurant again. Pizza arrived the driver seemed like he was in a hurry to get away and I wondered why, so when I got in I opened the pizza box and what I found was 4 slices had been eaten and the pizza had been squashed in an attempt to make it look like it hadn't been tampered with. I called the restaurant and an Asian man answered the phone and explained to me that 10 full slices were sent out and that the driver has not tampered with it. I explained to him that I would not go through all this hassle for the sake of getting 4 extra slices of pizza it was the principal of paying 40 pound for a meal and it coming half eaten that I was annoyed about. He offered to make a complaint to head office for me to which I sternly replied No and basically told him it was either he sends me a new pizza or I'm coming to the restaurant with the present one and I'll show him myself it's been tampered with.. he assured me this was not necessary and that the driver was on his way back to tell me that he had not tampered with it, he knocked loudly and woke my 9 month old son and when I opened the door I showed him the pizza and asked does it look like a full pizza to you and he replied I don't know and then shrugged his shoulders and walked away from the house without the pizza. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM...
Read moreOnce again tried Domino, once again left feeling overcharged and ripped off. First order sometime ago online delivery order was VERY expensive and slow to arrive, so didn’t use again for quite some time. Last year we were driving back late didn’t fancy a restaurant or chippy so ordered two pizzas on the phone whilst driving home, when we got to the shop we saw the sign Buy One Get One Free, any size Pizza.
We were to we couldn’t have that deal as we had rung up and that’s only for Walk Ins.
Tonight we walked in, we were charged £16 for two 10 or 12 inch ish pizzas one Veg one Pepperoni, We asked about the bogof deal but they blagged us with nonsense excuses.
They advertise 3 Pizza prices on the door £8 - £10 - £12 on a sign near the Bogof deal .
They charged £16 even though there are no £16 pizzas on offer, only £8/£10/£12, But they still insist on charging £16 I do not know why we paid £16 as no pizza is priced at that, and if we were given an £8 collection Pizza for walk ins then we were made to pay for both, so no buy one get one free.
Why do Domino make it so unclear even though the offer is on the door for walk ins but they do not give you the second pizza of any size free??
I’ve left this review as we’ve decided enough is enough and we simply will not use them again, this is the best way to deal with retailers who have unclear or purposely ambiguous pricing structures, Out of fairness the pizza was edible and hot, but that’s not the point the unclear pricing has put us off for...
