Came here for my dad's birthday and booked couple hours before, when we arrived they took a drinks order and we got them quite fast but when it came to ordering food we'd waited at least 15 mins and had to ask the waitress to order, so she said she'll get someone, must've been new and didn't know how to write some words on a piece of paper, so we ordered and waited for starters, wasn't too long on them only about 15 mins but when we were done with them took them about 5-10 mins before they cleared! Then waited around another 20 or so mins for our mains I had an enchilada which was a good portion and so were the fajitas but the burritos and chimis are tiny portions for what there worth which is £11.50! Then it came to the bill and we said at the end we had 3 tastecards but were told that we couldn't use them because apparently you have to let them know when you book a table that you've got them which I find absolutely ridiculous and made the argument asking if they could've just taken 1 they said no again! When it came to us paying our bill we were waiting about 10 mins for someone to come over but I ended up walking to find a staff member to ask for the card machine! Service wasn't great tonight and don't think we'll be coming back and it wasn't even busy on this occasion we were 1 of 3 or 4 small tables!!!
