I waited in a huge que that didn't bother me as it's to be expected, however to order a shed load of food to be told when I get to the till, there's no hot drinks, I asked was there no signage or at least told when I started ordering my food she said we don't do that, I said I've seen signs up loads of times when your not taking card payments. Then she proceeded to drop an item of my order and put it in my bag, I didn't kick off or demand another, however she replied well it's covered, I'm sorry but that's a no you ask the customer if they still want it not argue that you think the product is still okay.
My food gets 3 stars as I couldn't have a drink to have with it as I don't drink...

Diabetic child taken insulin on the basis of food being deliver d and now clambering to substitute carbohydrates Tried to ring and all they do is pick up and hang up. Never had a such a bad experience with subway before
Edit - giving an extra star. Had to drive to "restaurant" to ask for my missing food. Order was fixed by manager who was very helpfuland apologetic nd made well. Just a shame it couldn't have been done right...
