Subway — Restaurant in Sefton

I waited in a huge que that didn't bother me as it's to be expected, however to order a shed load of food to be told when I get to the till, there's no hot drinks, I asked was there no signage or at least told when I started ordering my food she said we don't do that, I said I've seen signs up loads of times when your not taking card payments. Then she proceeded to drop an item of my order and put it in my bag, I didn't kick off or demand another, however she replied well it's covered, I'm sorry but that's a no you ask the customer if they still want it not argue that you think the product is still okay.

My food gets 3 stars as I couldn't have a drink to have with it as I don't drink...

Awful experience. Wrong bread, not toasted, extra items paid for not added. Most of order missing. Diabetic child taken insulin on the basis of food being deliver d and now clambering to substitute carbohydrates Tried to ring and all they do is pick up and hang up. Never had a such a bad experience with subway before

Edit - giving an extra star. Had to drive to "restaurant" to ask for my missing food. Order was fixed by manager who was very helpfuland apologetic nd made well. Just a shame it couldn't have been done right...

Really bad attitude staff Wates approximately 20 mins to sort everything out for my daughter they didn’t do the robinsons on tap anymore so she was disappointed and my son likes ham and my daughter likes cheese so I said to the man can you put double ham on my sons and double cheese on my daughters the double cheese would of been off my sons and the double ham off my daughters

Really disguised and to add to all of that it was dirty with dust on the floor which I then made them come and mop it up after...
